NJob Summary: A listed real estate and development company is looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to manage the legal aspects of real estate transactions, provide legal opinions on property-related issues, and handle various property matters in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Maharashtra land laws and RERA regulations, along with solid legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

NKey Responsibilities:

Draft,



review andnegotiate property-related agreements such as Agreements for Sale, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, etc. N
Draft, review and negotiate contracts/agreements related to the support functions of the Company. N
Conduct title due diligence, revenue record scrutiny, encumbrance checks and search reports. N
Ensure compliance with Maharashtra-specific real estate laws, including MLRC, RERA, MOFA and other applicable legislations. N
Handle RERA registrations, updates and compliance filings. N
Identify legal risks intransactions and propose mitigation strategies. N
Provide legal opinions on property-related issues. N

nKey Requirements:

Robust knowledge of Maharashtra-specific property laws. N
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. N
Prior experience in RERA Compliance and Registration is preferred. N

nEducation: LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
