NLooking for experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to lead the full implementation lifecycle with a focus on Absence Management and India Payroll. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, stakeholder workshops, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring strict compliance with Indian statutory payroll requirements.
NWhat will your role look like

Lead the completePeopleSoft HCM implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live support. N
Configure and support PeopleSoft Core HR, Absence Management, and Global Payroll for India. N
Ensure statutory compliance across Indian payroll processes including TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and statutory reporting. N
Conduct stakeholder workshops, execute fit-gap analysis, and author functional design documentation and test scenarios. N




Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, interfaces, and data migrations. N
Execute testing phases,including unit testing, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution. N
