nMinimum 5 years of relevant skilled experience in interior design, preferably with solid experience in residential and/or commercial turnkey interior projects.
NIdeal Candidate
nWe are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Interior Designer who can take complete ownership of client projects from initial consultation to final handover.
NKey Technical Skills — Mandatory
NThe candidate must have excellent hands-on expertise in:

SketchUp — Advanced 3D modelling and interior visualization/model development. N
D5 Render — High-quality photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials, camera composition, and presentation. N
AutoCAD — Preparing accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, electrical drawings, ceiling plans, and other construction documentation. N

nNote: Its an added advantage if the designer has their own laptop to work on.
NKey Responsibilities of the Senior Interior Designer will be:

Independently handling interior design projects from concept to completion. N
Meeting clients and understanding their lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget. N
Developing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space planning, and design presentations. N
Creating detailed 3D models in SketchUp. N
Producing high-quality renders and design presentations using D5 Render. N
Preparing accurate and detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD. N
Developing furniture layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and other necessary technical drawings. N
Presenting design concepts and revisions directly to clients. N
Incorporating client feedback while maintaining design integrity and project feasibility. N
Coordinating with vendors, contractors, site supervisors, carpenters, fabricators, and other executio
