Core FI-CA Configuration: Design and configure SAP FI-CA / FS-CD components including contract accounts, master data, document posting, clearing control, payment processing, and dunning.n
Insurance Integration: Manage integration touchpoints between SAP FI-CA and external/legacy Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and Claims Management systems for premium collections, payouts, and commissions.n
Process Transformation: Lead or participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, or S/4HANA transformations specific to insurance financial workflows.n
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Gather business requirements from insurance sector stakeholders, map gaps,



and coordinate across cross-functional or multi-vendor delivery teams.n
Very positive knowledge of Convergent Mediation as part of SAPn
Robust overall knowledge of Information Technology in insurance Domain with particular focus on Financen
Strong understanding of the systems and architecture enabling SAPs processes related to insurance industry, Reports related IRDAn
Knowledge of Order Management, Billing, A/R, A/P, CM, CC, CI, FI-CAn
Strong customer and quality focus, highly motivated and able to work independentlyn
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable SAP solutions to improve operational efficiencyn
Strong Collaborative mindset (across teams and functions)n
Working in Agile development workplace (preferably SCRUM) and DevOps; with cross-cultural and onshore teams is an advantagen
