Role Overview

We're hiring a Enterprise Sales Specialist/ Growth Manager to drive recent business acquisition for LehLah's SaaS platform across two connected fronts: direct brand sales and agency partnerships. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end, and also work closely with marketing and creator agencies to plug LehLah into their clients' growth initiatives — multiplying our reach through their existing brand relationships.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who wants to shape GTM strategy at an early stage — not just execute a playbook, but help build one.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Brand Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Prospect, pitch, and onboard D2C brands, agencies, and enterprise clients
Own the complete sales cycle: outreach → demo → negotiation → closure
Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Build and manage a solid, qualified pipeline of opportunities
Agency Partnerships & Their Growth Initiatives
Identify and onboard creative, media,



and influencer-marketing agencies as channel partners for LehLah
Understand each agency's client roster and growth goals, and position LehLah as the platform that powers their creator campaigns at scale
Co-sell into agency clients — supporting agency teams with demos, pitch decks, and platform expertise so they can confidently offer LehLah as part of their service
Structure and negotiate partnership terms with agencies (referral, white-label, or preferred-partner arrangements)
Track agency-sourced pipeline separately and report on partner performance and account health
Product-Led Selling
Deliver sharp, insight-driven product demos tailored to brand or agency use cases
Diagnose client and agency growth challenges, and position LehLah as a business solution, not just a tool
Drive quick decision-making and shorten sales cycles
Market Expansion & GTM
Identify current verticals, use cases, and partnership opportunities across both dire
