Purpose:
To manage and evaluate private equity investments, identify recent prospects, and support portfolio growth while ensuring strong returns and risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
Conduct financial, market, and business due diligence.
Prepare investment analysis, valuations, and recommendations.
Manage portfolio investments and track performance.
Coordinate with investors, advisors, and management teams.
Monitor market trends and investment risks.
Prepare regular investment and performance reports.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
1–10 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
Robust financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Good understanding of investment markets and due diligence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skill
