Responsibilities:
This is a full time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Engineer/Sr. Sales Engineer specializing in either Blowers or Industrial Vaccum Pumps. The role involves identifying sales prospects, providing technical support to customers, assisting in the selection of suitable solutions, and building robust client relationships. Responsibilities include collaborating with the technical team to address customer requirements, preparing quotes,
and overseeing the sales process from inquiry to delivery. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the companys sales targets through efficient communication and service.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an experience in Sales of Engineering products for a minimum of 1 year .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Previous experience in Customer Service, including resolving client inquiries and providing timely solutions.
Proficiency in understanding mechanical or electrical engineering concepts is highly beneficial.
