Qualification :B.com/ Graduate in Accounting or Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse staff incentive calculations based on sales performance.
Review monthly sales data and prepare Business Promotion Statements.
Generate periodic reports related to staff incentives and business promotion activities.
Analyse sales and financial data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
Maintain and update records related to incentives, sales performance and business promotion.
Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify required data.
Identify discrepancies in data and ensure necessary corrections are made.
Prepare MIS and management reports as required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned reports and financial analysis.
Support the Finance team in day-to-day analytical and reporting activities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
