Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring high-profile and skilled candidates such as CA, CS, Lawyers, Legal Coordinators, Compliance Professionals, and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for specialized and qualified positions.

Source and hire CA, CS, Lawyers, Legal & Compliance professionals.

Build and maintain a robust professional candidate network.

Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and reference checks.

Coordinate with management for candidate selection.

Manage complete offer, joining, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Maintain candidate database, recruitment MIS,



and hiring pipeline.

Ensure timely follow-ups and successful candidate joining.

Requirements

1–3years of relevant recruitment experience.

Proven experience in high-profile/professional hiring.

Strong knowledge of CA, CS, Legal, Compliance, and senior-level recruitment.

Good understanding of complete recruitment & onboarding processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to independently manage critical hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
