Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Senior Print Ad Sales professional to drive advertising revenue across the East India market, with a strong focus on Kolkata and key regional markets.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and key decision-makers, while identifying new business opportunities and driving high-value advertising deals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive print advertising revenue across East India, with a primary focus on Kolkata.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across key East India markets.
Build strategic partnerships with large advertisers and agencies.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.




Lead negotiations and close high-value advertising deals.
Develop customized advertising solutions based on client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Ensure strong client servicing and long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with internal editorial, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS, and revenue reports for management.

Candidate Profile
8–12 years of experience in Media Ad Sales / Corporate Sales.
Solid experience in Print Media Sales is highly desirable.
Excellent understanding of the East India advertising market, particularly Kolkata.
Solid existing relationships with major advertising agencies and corporate clients.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
