We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop robust client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elevator, construction, real estate, and building sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, online platforms, networking, and market visits.
Connect with builders, architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and property owners to generate business.
Arrange and conduct client meetings and product presentations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with clients.
Follow up regularly with potential and existing clients to close sales.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions with clients.




Maintain robust and long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the technical, production, installation, and accounts teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Visit project sites and client offices whenever required.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
