Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive – HR Operations & Compliance with 3–4 years of relevant HR experience to join our team in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, employee records, attendance and payroll coordination, along with basic practical knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, Qualified Tax and applicable labour laws.

This is an ownership-oriented role. We are looking for someone who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain accurate HR documentation and coordinate statutory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiation and offer rollout.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle complete onboarding, joining documentation, induction, probation, transfers, promotions, resignation, exit formalities and Full & Final coordination.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance,



leave records, HRMS data and HR MIS.
Statutory Compliance: Maintain documentation and records related to EPFO, ESIC, Qualified Tax and applicable labour laws, and coordinate with external consultants for compliance requirements.
Payroll Support: Prepare attendance and payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team/consultants for PF, ESIC, PT and related requirements.
HR Policies & Employee Relations: Support implementation of HR policies, handle routine employee queries and assist with employee engagement and performance-related processes.
HR Documentation & Audits: Ensure employee files, statutory records and HR documentation are accurate, updated, confidential and audit-ready.

Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and offboarding.
