Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective field sales strategies.
Develop and implement sales plans, set goals, and track progress to drive business growth.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Identify current opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services to increase revenue generation.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that meet client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales team handling
Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets in a rapid-paced workplace.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers at all levels.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams towards common goals.
