Assistant Designer– Sampling

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sample development and execution.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, stitching, finishing and sampling techniques.
Understand tech packs, measurements, sketches and construction details.
Coordinate closely with Design, Pattern, Cutting, Stitching and Sample Teams.
Follow up on sample progress and ensure timely completion.
Identify technical issues and coordinate for pattern, fit and construction corrections.
Ensure samples are developed as per design, measurements, fabric and finishing requirements.
Check samples thoroughly and ensure all comments/corrections are properly incorporated.
Should have valuable knowledge of different garment techniques and value additions.
Robust coordination, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate

A technically robust and execution-oriented person who can understand the design, coordinate with the sample team and independently drive the sample development process from start to final approval.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
