Role Description
The O2C Analyst role is a full time, on-site position based in the Mysore division.



The analyst will manage Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, invoice generation, payment tracking, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of transactions. Daily activities include monitoring customer accounts, resolving billing and payment discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams to address process issues, and maintaining detailed records in relevant systems. The role also involves preparing routine reports, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Compensation for this role is approximately 5.5 LPA, aligned with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications
Experience (2 to 4 years) in O2C, accounts receivable, billing, or related finance operations, preferably in corporate or shared services environments.
