Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in a luxury 5-star hotel workplace. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various hotel departments while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and maintaining the hotel's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for hotel positions including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Security, and Administration.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and hospitality institutes.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies within approved recruitment timelines.

Employer Branding




Create and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
Promote the hotel's employer brand through social media and networking events.
Participate in hotel job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and hospitality career events.

Documentation & Onboarding
Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
Ensure all employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Recruitment MIS & Compliance
Maintain recruitment trackers and monthly hiring reports.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin
