We're Hiring | Senior AI Engineer – GenAI | LLM | RAG | Healthcare

Are you an AI/ML Engineer who has moved beyond POCs and has experience building production-grade Generative AI and LLM solutions?

We're looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the engineering team of a leading healthcare technology organization serving the US healthcare ecosystem.

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Domain: Healthcare / US Healthcare – Mandatory

What you'll work on

You will be part of a team building AI-driven solutions that automate complex healthcare workflows using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI and LLM-based systems.

Your work will include
Designing and building production-grade LLM/GenAI solutions
Developing end-to-end RAG pipelines including embeddings, retrieval and vector databases
Working with LLMs, prompt engineering and model optimization
Building AI/ML models using PyTorch / TensorFlow
Deploying and operationalizing ML/GenAI solutions in production
Working with cloud AI platforms and scalable ML infrastructure
Designing solutions with appropriate evaluation, validation and guardrails
Collaborating with engineering,



data and business teams to solve real-world healthcare problems

What we're looking for
5–8 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering / Applied AI / Machine Learning
Robust hands-on experience in Python, ML & Deep Learning
Production experience with Generative AI / LLMs
Robust hands-on experience with RAG and vector retrieval
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / LangGraph or equivalent
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with MLOps / production deployment / model monitoring
Experience with at least one major cloud platform – AWS / Azure / GCP
Robust understanding of AI solution architecture and ML problem solving
Healthcare / US Healthcare domain experience is mandatory

Good to have
LLM fine-tuning – LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT
Agentic AI / AI Agents
LLM evaluation and observability – Ragas, DeepEval, LangSmith, etc.
Healthcare claims / RCM / payer / provider experience
HIPAA / PHI exposure
Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD
