Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
to manage end-to-end hiring requirements across ETIOT and Esvastica.

The role will involve recruitment across
IT, Software, Engineering, Infrastructure, Projects, Sales, Business Development, Support and Corporate functions
.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and direct sourcing.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary and notice period.
Coordinate technical, managerial and HR interviews.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollout and joining follow-ups.




Work closely with department heads and management for manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular hiring status updates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate database for future requirements.

Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
Solid sourcing and headhunting skills.
Experience in IT / Technology recruitment preferred.
Exposure to Engineering, Infrastructure or Project hiring will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong ownership and focus on timely closures.

Preferred Candidate
We are looking for someone who is
proactive, target-driven, organized and capable of independently owning recruitment requirements from sourcing to joining.
