Digital Marketing Specialist - MiniBaag

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us build and grow MiniBaag, a up-to-date D2C brand focused on making urban growing easy, accessible and exciting.

What you’ll work on1. Performance Marketing
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms
Develop campaigns focused on traffic, conversions, customer acquisition and sales
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and continuously optimise campaigns
Identify opportunities to improve CAC, ROAS and overall marketing efficiency
Social Media Growth
Develop and execute a social media growth strategy for MiniBaag
Plan content calendars and growth initiatives
Identify relevant trends, formats and content opportunities
Improve engagement, reach and follower growth
Work closely with creatives/content to ensure consistent brand communication
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Develop strategies to drive website traffic and online sales
Identify and test different customer acquisition channels
Understand the target audience and build campaigns around customer behaviour
Track the complete funnel from awareness → engagement → conversion
Recommend initiatives to improve overall D2C sales
Website & E-commerce




Work on improving the MiniBaag website and overall customer journey
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion and UX
Assist with Shopify optimisation, landing pages, product pages and conversion-focused changes
Ensure marketing campaigns and website experience work together to drive sales

Who we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing / D2C growth
Strong understanding of Meta Ads and digital acquisition
Someone who is comfortable working with numbers, analytics and campaign performance
Good understanding of social media growth and content strategy
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working independently
Experience working with D2C / e-commerce brands is strongly preferred
Shopify experience would be an added advantage
