Coordinate with Client for Detail Project Design Inputs, Clarification if any
N
Receive Design Inputs &clarification; from Client
N




Submit Drawings to the Client for approval
N
Raise Indent & Float Enquiries to the Vendors
N
Receive offers from thevendors & do the Technical evaluation
N
Forward to Purchase department for commercial negotiations and Placing orders
N
Co-ordinate with Purchase Team / Vendors for timely supply of material
N
Do Follow-up with PanelBuilders & if required do visits for timely delivery of Panel
N
Visit to Panel builder on completion of Panel manufacturing for QC verification and prepare Internal Inspection Report
N
Raise inspection call to Client & do FAT
N
Take dispatch clearancefrom Client/Consultants
N
Prepare Packing List & take acknowledgement from the vendor & submit to Purchase Team and Instruct to prepare Invoice and make arrangement for dispatch.
N
