ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and take ownership of key HR functions, from recruitment to daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about HR and wants to build a wellrounded career in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Handle day-to-day HR operations.




Maintain and update HR data, records, and trackers.
Plan and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Genuine passion for Human Resources — a real interest in and understanding of what HR Management involves, not just familiarity with the term.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Solid English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
Positive, energetic attitude with a proactive approach to work.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Quick learner who adapts easily to current tools, processes, and situations.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through responsibly.
MBA preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree will also be considered.
