Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related queries.
Support HR policies, MIS, and other generalist HR activities.

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred

This is a 6-month HR Internship with a stipend of INR 15,000 - INR.20,000per month.

Based on performance, the candidate may be absorbed into the company payroll after successful completion of the internship, with a revised and increased salary.
