Job Location: Remote (Based in Mumbai)

The Instructional Designer will support the design and development of engaging e-learning,

blended, and instructor-led content. Working closely with SMEs and stakeholders, the role involves translating learning needs into well-structured content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities: -
Analyze learning needs with SMEs and define transparent learning objectives.
Design storyboards, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
Build interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools.
Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.




Review and revise existing content for accuracy and effectiveness.
Support course publishing and testing on LMS platforms.
Incorporate feedback from SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.

Desired Candidates: -
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
Proficiency with an authoring tool (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or

similar).
Robust storyboarding skills and working knowledge of ADDIE/SAM.
Excellent written communication for transparent, learner-friendly content.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
