Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with candidates and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, social media and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
Coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.




Negotiate salary and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
Coordinate offer letter and joining formalities.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure candidates complete assessments and required documentation on time.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets and timely closures.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
