Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and hospital policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating hiring processes, maintaining HR records, managing payroll inputs and benefits administration in collaboration with finance, and supporting training and development initiatives for clinical and non-clinical staff. The role also involves handling grievance resolution, promoting a protected and inclusive workplace, and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the hospital’s mission and regulatory requirements.

This is a full time,



on-site position located in Beawar, requiring close coordination with department heads and leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications
Solid skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for diverse hospital roles.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management practices.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and workplace safety regulations.
Ability to manage HR documentation, personnel records, payroll inputs, and basic HRIS or HR software.
Experience in organizing training, development programs, and engagement activities for staff.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
