Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will work on-site in Mumbai in a full time capacity, supporting the organization’s people operations and HR processes. This role involves administering HR policies, coordinating recruitment activities, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The specialist will assist in designing and implementing employee benefits and engagement initiatives, support performance management cycles, and help ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.





Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to employee queries, supporting conflict resolution, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
Candidates should possess practical experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills and familiarity with employee lifecycle processes.
Candidates should possess knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Candidates should possess solid organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, creative setting.
