Role Description The Interior Designer role at AGES Studio is a full time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, plan layouts, and prepare detailed drawings and presentations for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring that design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves preparing construction drawings, reviewing site work, and addressing design-related issues in collaboration with project teams.

Designer will also participate in client meetings, gather requirements, present design proposals, and support project documentation and material sourcing.

Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience
Solid skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.
Working knowledge of Architecture and integration of interior design with architectural elements.
Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
Experience with FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and scheduling.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
Solid understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and current interior design trends.
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior studio or site experience preferred.
