Role Description The Machine Operator role at Reventus Global Events is a full time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

The Machine

Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring event-related machinery and equipment to support production, fabrication, and installation activities. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, identifying basic mechanical issues, and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently during event preparation and execution. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors and other team members, following safety and quality standards, and handling hand tools and materials with care.





The Machine

Operator may assist in loading, unloading, and organizing equipment at event venues, ensuring timely and accurate setup in line with project requirements.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and working with machinery in an industrial or events-related setting.
Candidates should possess skills in quality control to monitor output, detect defects, and maintain standards.
Candidates should possess skills in using hand tools safely and effectively for equipment setup, adjustments, and minor repairs.
Candidates should possess solid communication skills to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders on-site.
Prior experience as a machine operator, technician, or in a related mechanical role, ideally within events, manufacturing, or fabrication.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and ability to follow safety protocols consistently.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation or mechanical trades is an advantage.
