Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. Key responsibilities include:
Concept Development, Space Planning & Layouts
3D Visualization & Presentations
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D renders
Material selection & specification
Prepare BOQs
Resolve site-related issues and ensure design compliance
Monitor quality of execution as per approved design




Site Supervision & Execution support

Qualifications
Solid Interior Design and Architecture skills, including concept development and design detailing.
Proficiency in Space Planning and layout optimization for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings and related documentation.
Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.
Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Solid visual, technical, and material knowledge, with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
Prior experience in managing interior projects from concept to completion is an advantage.
