Role Description The Nursing Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and supporting the nursing team on a daily basis. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pimpri Chinchwad and includes managing staffing schedules, supervising clinical practice, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

The Nursing

Manager will monitor patient care quality, ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols, and lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety. The role also involves mentoring nursing staff, facilitating training, managing documentation and compliance, and collaborating with administration on resource planning and departmental performance.

Qualifications

GNM

POST BSC NURSING
Robust expertise in Nursing Management, including team leadership, supervision, and coordination of nursing services.
Clinical proficiency in Nursing and Patient Care, with a focus on patient safety, comfort, and evidence-based practice.
Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine sufficient to collaborate effectively with physicians and support complex cases.
Valid nursing registration/license as required by local regulations and a degree or diploma in Nursing.
Experience in a hospital or acute care setting, preferably in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to work in office in Pimpri Chinchwad and to participate in rotating shifts if required by hospital operations.
