Role Description The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day tour operations, ensuring smooth coordination between travel agents, on-ground teams, and internal departments.

Responsibilities include managing bookings, itineraries, and logistics, monitoring service delivery, and resolving operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.



The role involves coordinating with fleet and escort teams, tracking schedules, and updating stakeholders on tour status and changes.

The Operations

Executive will support process improvements, maintain accurate records, and contribute to operational reports and analysis. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate tours, logistics, and service delivery.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance, identify issues, and support data-based decision-making.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, partners, and travelers.
Relevant experience in tourism operations, travel agencies, or hospitality will be advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic travel/booking software.
Graduate degree in business, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
