NCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

NKey Responsibilities:

Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications.
N
Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
N
Conduct hydrostatic andpneumatic pressure testing to verify valve integrity.
N
Calibrate and configurevalve positioners and instrumentation (e.G., DVC, I/P converters).
N
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and test results.
N




Follow safety protocolsand quality standards during all phases of valve handling and servicing.
N
Support field service operations including in office troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
N
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
N
Basic computer skills.
N
Ability to do work bothday and night shift.
N

nQualification

n

N
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a Valve assembly
N
Preferred: ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
N
