nWeare looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations, logistics coordination, documentation, and cross-functional activities to ensure smooth and productive business operations.

Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.

Manage transportation, shipment, and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and operational data.

Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Identify operational issues and support timely resolution.

Assist in improving operational processes and implementing standard procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Handle logistics-related queries and coordinate for timely resolution.

Prepare regular operational reports and maintain proper documentation.

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Operations/Logistics.

Good organisational andmultitasking skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets will be an advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
