Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Management Trainee to work closely with and gain exposure to various functions across the organization. The role offers an prospect to work on strategic, operational, and business-related initiatives while interacting with multiple departments.

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent English communication, solid analytical abilities, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring key business activities.

· Work across departments such as Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, Product, and Business Development.

· Support management in preparing reports, presentations, MIS, and business analysis.

· Coordinate with various teams to track tasks, targets, deadlines, and deliverables.

· Participate in meetings and prepare action points and follow-ups.

· Conduct research and gather information required for business and management decisions.





· Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

· Handle confidential and sensitive business information professionally.

Required Skills:

· Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

· Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities.

Eligibility:

· MBA / B.E. / B.Tech graduates from a recognized institution.

· A strong academic record, demonstrated leadership abilities, relevant internship experience, or notable extracurricular achievements will be preferred.

· Willingness to work across multiple departments and take on diverse responsibilities based on business requirements is essential.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
