Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
Develop Kafka producers and consumers, manage topics, partitions, offsets, and message processing.
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Follow coding standards and best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Required Skills
10+ years of experience in software development,



with robust hands-on expertise in Java.
Solid experience in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Good understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Knowledge of application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
