Job Title: Deputy Manager/ Manager - HR

Location/Unit – Dwarka, Current Delhi

Key Role of the Position:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for the assigned centres, including HR MIS and analytics, employee lifecycle, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance and HR process improvement.

Education/Qualification/Experience: Preferably Post Graduate with Specialization in Human Resource Management. Graduate with relevant experience.

Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital /Pharma

Knowledge and Specific Skills:

Robust Hands on HR MIS, Excel, Dashboards, PMS, HR analytics and Employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare HR MIS, reports and periodic dashboards with high accuracy and timely submission.
Manage and analyze employee data, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and easy accessibility.
Develop and maintain dashboards covering key HR metrics, trends and actionable insights for management.
Manage the complete Performance Management System,



including goal setting, appraisal cycles, calibration and closure.
Drive the annual HR budgeting process, including manpower cost, salary budgets and related HR expenses.
Analyze workforce data and provide insights on attrition, manpower, productivity, hiring and other key HR metrics.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, employee movements and exits.
Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, counselling, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes as required
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, audits and accreditations such as NABH, from an HR perspective
Partner with business leaders and functional teams to address HR requirements and drive effective HR processes.
Identify gaps in existing HR processes and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
