Evaluate product portfolios and identify prospects for regional commercialization.
Negotiate licensing agreements, supply agreements, distribution contracts, and strategic alliances.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize commercial agreements.

Market Intelligence & Chance Assessment
Monitor pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and regulatory developments across Asia.




Conduct market research and opportunity assessments for new products and therapeutic areas.
Analyse market attractiveness, commercial feasibility, and ROI for proposed business opportunities.
Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for management review.

Portfolio Expansion
Identify products suitable for registration and commercialization in target markets like Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand.
Assess therapeutic gaps and demand trends to strengthen regional product portfolios.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with regulatory teams to facilitate product registration activities.
Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth product supply.
Build solid relationships with key industry stakeholders, government agencies, and healthcare partners.
Represent the organization at regional pharmaceutical conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.
