At College Circle AI, we’re building an AI-powered EdTech ecosystem—and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us build the people and culture behind it.

This isn’t a traditional HR role. You’ll work closely with the team across hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance, team coordination, and culture-building.

What you'll do
Support end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
Manage onboarding, documentation, and people trackers
Drive employee engagement and team initiatives
Coordinate follow-ups, feedback, and performance processes
Help build People & Culture SOPs and systems
Identify gaps and take ownership of improving how our team works

What we're looking for
Solid communication and interpersonal skills




Highly organized and proactive
Someone who takes ownership without waiting to be told
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup
Interest in HR, People Operations, culture, or organizational development
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, leadership, or team management is a plus
