We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, and campaign optimization, preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.

Generate high-quality real estate leads while maintaining an effective CPL and ROI.

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, CAC, and ROAS.

Manage landing pages, pixels, tracking, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.

Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.

Robust hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience in real estate or other lead-generation industries preferred.

Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
