Role: Placement ManagerWe are looking for a proactive and well-connected Placement Manager to build relationships with companies and create placement opportunities for our learners.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruiters and hiring teams.
Identify and generate placement and internship prospects.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives and the complete placement process.
Develop long-term corporate hiring partnerships.




Work closely with learners and internal teams to ensure suitable job-role alignment.
Maintain placement records and track hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills are essential.
Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to connect with companies and generate hiring opportunities.
Positive understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
Proactive, organized and robust in follow-ups.
Experience in placements, recruitment, EdTech or IT training will be an advantage.
