NJob Title - Quality Control Manager - Central Due Diligence

NJob Purpose:

NThe role of the Quality Control manager to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality control process, conduct inspections, identify defects, and recommend improvements to meet regulatory and company standards.

NRoles & Responsibilities:

Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.

Develop, implement, andmaintain quality control procedures and documentation.

Monitor production processes and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
N
Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
N




Maintain records of inspections, tests, and related activities for compliance audits
N
Ensure adherence to standard defined process and regulatory guidelines.
N
Train production staff on quality control standards and best practices.
N
Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) team to improve the overall quality management system.

nEducational Qualifications:

NGraduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

NPost-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.Com) / Master of Arts (MA)

NExperience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
