Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Merchandiser with solid experience in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecosystem. This role involves overseeing the entire product journey—from conducting extensive market research and generating insights to coordinating procurement and managing successful product launches—while creating distinctive, customer-centric product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough product and market research to identify new product opportunities, consumer insights, and innovation gaps.
Track trends and keyword demand in both Indian and global markets to inform product strategy.
Identify consumer problems and translate them into clear, scalable product solutions.
Develop a robust understanding of design to ensure product differentiation and brand alignment.
Act as a liaison between design, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage the entire product lifecycle—from sourcing and procurement to sampling and launch.
Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.




Create engaging product experiences that emphasize usability, packaging, and customer satisfaction.
Support the go-to-market strategy with insights for positioning, pricing, and storytelling.

Must-Have Requirements:
Proven experience in a D2C startup environment.
Robust understanding of consumer behavior, e-commerce, and fast-paced product cycles.
Hands-on experience with product sourcing, vendor coordination, and launch execution.
Ability to work cross-functionally with design, supply chain, and marketing teams.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Department: Current Product Development (NPD)—looking for experience in product or consumer goods merchandising, not in fashion design or the apparel industry.

Valuable to Have:
Experience in fitness or wellness D2C brands.
Exposure to international sourcing and global trend analysis.
Familiarity with tools for keyword research, trend tracking, and consumer insights.
