Job Title - Manager IT

n

Division - Corporate IT

n

Experience required - 10 - 15 years

n

Purpose : Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle functional support, covering the end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain lifecycle.

n

Key responsibilities :

n

Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM): Provide expert support for formulas,

n

recipes, and batch production execution.

n

Quality Management: Manage inspection protocols, quality collection plans,

n

and non-conformance tracking.

n

Inventory Management: Drive sub inventory accuracy, material transfers, and

n

physical inventory / cycle-count processes.

n

Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Provide end-to-end functional ownership of Purchasing

n

and iProcurement.

n

Order-to-Cash (O2C):



Support sales orders, shipping execution, and customer

n

fulfilment processes.

n

Distribution Management System (DMS): Support dispatch planning,

n

route/vehicle assignment, delivery tracking, and proof-of-delivery processes;

n

ensure integration with order fulfilment and invoicing.

n

Power BI exposure: Build and interpret dashboards for production, inventory,

n

quality, and fulfilment KPIs to support operational decision-making.

n

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): Support plant maintenance, asset

n

tracking, and preventive-maintenance scheduling.
