GreenTech ITS is a company specializing in Design, Development, and Integration & Implementation of Advanced & Automated Toll Collection Systems, Weigh-In-Motion System, RFID Solutions, and Traffic Data Collection Services.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in outlining project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

· Coordinate with project managers to ensure appropriate allocation of resources.

· Coordinate and assign tasks among cross-functional teams (Software, IT, operations).

· Track the progress of tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

· Identify and report issues promptly, facilitating timely resolution.

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

· Prepare regular project status updates and reports.

· Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring explicit documentation of discussions and decisions.

· Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.





· Assist in coordinating testing activities, ensuring integrated systems meet operational requirements.

· Document and track technical issues, ensuring they are addressed promptly.

· Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.

· Facilitate communication between the project team and clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are conveyed.

· Organize and facilitate team meetings, ensuring clear agendas and outcomes.

· Assist in coordinating training and development activities for team members.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
