We are looking for Caretakers / Maintenance Technicians for a premium apartment community in Kakkanad, Kochi.
Requirements:
• Experience in Electrical and/or Plumbing work (either one or both).
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Responsible, sincere, and willing to handle day-to-day maintenance activities.
Salary:
• Around ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Work Options:
• Option 1: Regular day shift (morning to evening).
• Option 2: 24-hour duty followed by the next day off (alternate-day schedule).
