Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dairy Farm Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our dairy farm. The supervisor will be responsible for supervising farm labourers, ensuring proper care of the cattle, maintaining farm operations, and guiding the team to complete daily work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide farm labourers in their daily duties.
Ensure proper care, feeding, cleaning, and general well-being of the cattle.
Monitor daily farm activities and make sure tasks are completed properly and on time.
Support labourers whenever required and resolve day-to-day work-related issues.
Analyse farm activities and identify areas where work can be improved.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the cattle sheds and farm premises.
Ensure proper handling and care of cattle at all times.
Monitor the condition of cattle and report any concerns promptly.
Organise and distribute daily work among labourers.
Ensure that farm equipment, facilities, and resources are used properly.




Maintain discipline and a positive working workplace among the farm team.
Report important updates and issues to the farm management.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in dairy farming, cattle management, agriculture, or farm supervision is preferred.
Valuable leadership and people-management skills.
Ability to supervise and guide a team of labourers.
Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy.
Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action.
Willingness to stay on the farm and actively support daily operations.
Practical knowledge of cattle care and dairy farm activities will be an advantage.
