HOUSEKEEPING STAFF – 2 POSITIONS | MOLLY’S RETREAT, KOVALAM

Molly’s Retreat, Kovalam is hiring 2 Housekeeping Staff for our hotel operations.

Vacancies: 2

Both selected candidates should be comfortable with interchanging between day and night shifts every 2 weeks.

Shift:

• Day Shift – Housekeeping & Guest Service

• Night Shift – Front Office Support, Guest Service & Night Housekeeping

• Shift rotation every 2 weeks is mandatory

Main Responsibilities

Guest room cleaning and housekeeping

Public area and hotel premises cleaning

Room service and guest assistance

Taking care of in-house guests

Luggage assistance when required

Coordinating with Front Office

Night-time check-in/check-out assistance

Hotel safety and security during night shift

Restaurant and poolside area cleaning





Other general hotel operational duties

Requirements

Male candidates preferred

Previous hotel/housekeeping experience preferred

Must be willing to work both day and night shifts

Must be comfortable with the 2-week shift rotation

Positive communication skills

Malayalam + either Hindi or English required

Responsible, punctual and guest-friendly

Ability to work independently during night shifts
