Role Overview

n

We are looking for a UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join the HDFC Securities design team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital products and working closely with product, technology, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from understanding user needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
n
Conduct user research and translate insights into straightforward, effective, and engaging product experiences.
n
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to define and deliver thoughtful UX solutions.
n




Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and data.
n
Maintain consistency across experiences by following and contributing to design systems and UX guidelines.
n

What We're Looking For

n

3–4 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

n

Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.

n

Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.

n

Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

n

Knowledge or experience of the broking/trading domain will be an added advantage.

n

A robust portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving approach.
