Key Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls: You will initiate calls to potential customers or clients, introducing our services and answering any questions they may have.
Handling Customer Inquiries: You will address customer queries and provide them with relevant information, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Updating Customer Records: It is essential to keep accurate records of interactions and customer details in our database for reference and follow-up.
Achieving Sales Targets: You will have specific targets to meet regarding sales or appointments, and you will work towards achieving these goals through effective communication.

Required Skills and Expectations:
Communication Skills: You must be able to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form. Valuable command of English and local languages is preferred.
Problem-Solving Abilities:



You should be able to think on your feet and offer solutions to customer concerns efficiently.
Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with computers and basic software tools is needed as you will handle calls using electronic systems.
Team Player Attitude: Although this is a work-from-home role, collaborating with team members and sharing feedback is key to enhance overall performance.
