About the Role:

We are looking for a highly curious, analytical, and investigative qualified to join our Intelligence &

n

Monitoring Group. The role will focus on identifying and mitigating risks to the organization's employer brand,

n

candidate trust, and recruitment ecosystem.

n

The individual will monitor digital channels, investigate suspicious activities, identify emerging threats, and

n

provide actionable intelligence to prevent reputational damage and recruitment-related fraud.

n

This is an ideal chance for someone with experience in OSINT, digital investigations, fraud detection,

n

threat intelligence, trust & safety, brand protection, or online risk monitoring.

n

What you'll do:

n

n
Monitor social media, review sites, job portals, and online platforms for brand/reputation risks.
n
Identify fake jobs, offer letters, recruitment scams, unauthorized agencies, and fraudulent training schemes.
n
Investigate misinformation,



deepfakes, digital impersonation, and coordinated online campaigns.
n
Conduct OSINT/digital investigations and identify emerging threats.
n
Validate findings, assess potential impact, and prepare concise intelligence reports.
n
Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Communications, and Cybersecurity teams for appropriate action.

What we're looking for:

Experience in OSINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk, Fraud Investigation, Trust & Safety, Brand Protection, or Online Investigations.
n
Solid research, analytical and investigative skills.
n
Good understanding of social media and digital platforms.
n
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
n
Exposure to AI-enabled threats, misinformation, or recruitment fraud is an advantage
